Eco-Kinetics were approached by Strutt & Parker (one of the country’s leading land & estate management companies) to provide a proposal for one of their clients. The installed 22.75kWp system will produce clean electricity that will be sold to the tenant at a reduced rate, helping the tenant lower their electricity costs while increasing the income from the site for the landlord. As with all eco-kinetics commercial systems, a data logger has been fitted allowing the client to track the performance of the system in real-time. A digital meter reader was also installed enabling the on-site consumption to be recorded remotely eliminating the need for site visits to read the meters.

The complete system comprises of 91 x 250W Phono solar modules mounted to a Wurth rolling ridge mounting system. The system is connected to the local electrical system via a 17kWp three-phase inverter. The project was completed in 2 days by a team of 4 installers.
