The system comprising of 112.no 220W modules is mounted to an aluminium rolling ridge mounting system. After initially looking at installing a larger array and after discussions with the local DNO, it was discovered that the incoming supply transformer to the site would allow for a maximum system size of 25kWp. After carefully studying the client’s electricity consumption, eco-Kinetics supplied a design that would achieve maximum possible yield and efficiency for the site.
The system is served by 2 x SMA 12000TL three phase inverters which are connected to the client’s electrical system via a new existing distribution board. An SMA Webbox was also fitted to relay data via a GSM mobile connection to our O&M team, enabling us to monitor the system, ensuring that maximum performance is achieved at all times.
The generated electricity will be sold to tenants on the site, providing the client with an additional secure income stream.
